Joash - Writing a Description - March 21st 2012

Joash was born on April 1st, also known as April Fools Day. He is almost 2 years old and cute. Do you think Joash is a girl?  He is a boy and loves to play, yell, hit and throw stuff. His favorite foods are candy, bananas and grapes.

He likes to say no, buba, and dada!  He is my baby bro. He loves me very much.  Joash also like cars, trains, and dinosaurs. One time when he was playing, he picked up a toy and help it up then threw it.  He knows where it landed. He has a toy horse that can be ridden. He likes fireflies. And that is what he does!

My Mom's Big Win - Personal Narrative 3-7-2012

It all started on Feb. 14th, 2012 on a computer through Facebook.  My mom signed up for a tanning (1-1-1 rule) contest.Then she waited and waited as I watched her for 12 long days. She had the most votes, which were like points, all night till 12:00am.  Then my mom won!

My mom's friends made it possible for her to win by voting.  Yes!

Two Bunnies - Collaborative Story with My Mom - 2/20/2012

My mom and I wrote a story together.  We were only allowed to read the last sentence of our paragraphs.

Jon: Once there were 2 bunnies.  They were twins and they went everywhere together.   They even played hopscotch .  They were Jack rabbits and also were adventurous.

Mom:   On their adventure, there friends found a huge rock that could talk.  The rock wanted to live in the ocean.  He asked his new friends to help him get to the ocean. They agreed.  The team started making plans to help move Mr. Rock to the....

Jon:  waterfall. They took a spoon and bent it. They ate it. Then Zombies came to attacked them with chainsaws, blowtails, and 44 magnum pistols, but the rabbits won....

Mom: the race.  After their race, they hurried home to teach all the other kid rabbits how to Zumba.  The rabbits thought back over their adventure and wondered what would have happened if they would have given up.  They looked at each other...high fived, "Rabbits don't give up, they HOP!"

How to Make a Lego Rig - "How To" 2-15-2012

First, you will need 2 Ninjago spinners and a single boat.  Second, you will need 2 8x8 pieces that are flat. Then you will need to attach the 2 8x8 peices onto the spinners.  You will need to get 3 dangerous mini figures and attach 2 of them to the spinners.

Next, you will need to put a piece that is like a shield on the rig. Place the last guy.  Now, you are ready to fight evil.

Dino Fight - Story Mapping 1-15-2012

Along time ago then there were only dinosaurs, the ruled the State of Texas.  There were two dinosaurs that would not stop arguing. They were Stegosaurus and Brontosaurus. What they were arguing about was who was stronger. They decided to have a contest.

First, they had to break an airplane! Now it's time for the results.  There is a TIE! The audience gasped with fear! What will Stego & Bronto do?  They will upgrade.
